1. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal.

Credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.  You may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone. 

2. I PAID WITH PAYPAL EXPRESS AND I’M HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY ORDER?

What happens when I use PayPal Express?

Like Guest Checkout, PayPal Express is a quick checkout service and does not require you to have an account.  A guest account will be generated automatically for transactional purposes and use the information from your PayPal account. 

All transaction notifications will be delivered to the email address linked to your PayPal express account. Please ensure to review the delivery details are correct for your order as PayPal Express will use the default delivery address listed on your PayPal account.

3. HOW DO I VIEW/CORECT MY ORDER DETAILS OR CONTACT WITH SELLER?

If you’d like to change the details of your order, including editing your delivery address, correct the personalization details or to cancel the order altogether, please contact FLAGWAVERS89 Customer Services at [email protected] or [email protected]

4. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM/ORDER?

Returning an item is a fairly simple process! To make the returning process as easy as possible, we have a fancy return center that will guide you through the process of returning your order! To begin the process of returning an order or item, just contact us at [email protected]

5. IS MY SECURITY GUARRANTEED?

We take your security seriously and will use every precaution necessary to ensure that your shopping experience is safe and exciting! We use the best technology available to keep your private information and credit card information as secure as possible. Also, we do not sell any information to third parties.

To help protect you from identity theft and credit card fraud, we have teamed up with ScanAlert™ and are tested and certified daily to pass the FBI/SANS Internet Security Test. The “live” HACKER SAFE® mark appears only when a web site’s security meets the highest security scanning standards of the U.S. government, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

6. INELIGIBLE ITEM FOR REFUND?

There are times that our Returns Department deems an order ineligible for a refund based on the condition of the items that have been returned. If this is the case, the item will be disposed of for health and safety concerns and we do not send denied items back to a customer.  

7. OBTAINING REFUNDS WITH CANCELED CREDIT CARD?

If you still have that same account, your bank should automatically process the funds into your account. If that account is closed or you are concerned about receiving your refund, please contact Customer Service for guidance ([email protected])

8. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE AFTER SEEING THAT MY RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED UNTIL THE REFUND REACHES MY BANK ACCOUNT? 

If you’ve purchased something from us outside of these months, then you’re in luck (and you must love costumes as much as we do)! During these months, the refunds will generally be credited back to the account within 1-2 weeks of arriving at our facility. 

If you’ve purchased something from us between early September through December, and you’re looking to return it, we’ll ask in advance for your patience! We get more returns during that period than the rest of the year combined, so it will take some extra time. Once the return is received in our facility, it generally takes 2-4 weeks for the refund to post back into the account the order was placed under.

9. HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER? 

Knowing how to track your order is pretty important. We will send out a shipping confirmation, which will include a tracking number, once your order has a shipping label attached.  If you do not see your tracking email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam and junk mail folders, because sometimes our stuff will wind up in there. If you happen to have your order number and email address, you can also just use our handy order tracker!

Despite the fact that we will do our best to make sure your order is delivered on time, FLAGWAVERS89 can not be responsible for unexpected conditions such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. These interruptions can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
