We have several payment methods. Customer can check out directly with credit/debit card via Stripe payment gate. We accept Credit Card/ Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, JBC, Diner Club).

We only accept returns on products that have been bought. We are unable to charge your credit card due to security concerns.

2. Paypal

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment. PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.

You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.
Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.

What should I do if my payment is unsuccessful?

1: If you can’t pay with a debit or credit card, ensure all your information is correct, including the credit card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address.

2: Check your credit or debit card balance to check if any money is available.

3: Verify that your credit card has been authorized and that the default online transaction limit is not too low.

4: Before logging back in, refresh the page or log out completely.

5: Create a new order instead of attempting to pay for the same product twice.
